¡¡¡¡In the process of Western Reclamation, the company established a filiale with registered capital of 5 million yuan in Wulumuqi, capital of Xinjiang. The western base produces plastic armor tubes and polyurethane thermokeeping tubes, having provided products for some major projects in Xinjiang, helping to form a heat provision network from North Xinjiang to South Xinjiang. ¡¡¡¡The products are widely used in thermokeeping and anti-corrosion pipeline projects for urban concentrated heat provision, petrochemicals and natural gas, and refrigeration. ¡¡¡¡The company produces and undertakes steam pipeline system, adopting direct underground burial at present considering influence of environment. The pipeline belongs to pressure pipelines, as the steam medium requires high technical parameters, for instance temperature of 150¡æ
£300¡æ and pressure smaller than 1.6Mpa. Such subjects as expansion compensation, waterproof seal, stress damage, system corrosion resistance, partial thermal bridge, water discharge arrangement and so on can find good configuration solutions in the steam pipeline system. Two sets of pipeline systems respectively of inner sliding and outer sliding structure are available according to different regions, environment, soil, water characteristics, etc.
