High Density Polythene Armor Tube

¡¡¡¡The high density polythene armor tube is a main product of the company, specially matching direct burial thermokeeping tubes.
¡ñA series of armor tubes of various diameters of D90-D1400 and thickness are produced annually by 10000 tons.
¡ñThe product is usually black, highly firm, proof against concussion, stress cracking, corrosion and violet aging, easy to weld, and so on.
¡ñThe product strictly conforms to the Ministry standard CJ/T114-2000 and the national standard GB131019.
¡ñThe armor tube is made from low pressure high density polythenes such as TR48 and PH150 or custom materials.
¡ñThe whole plastic tube extrusion line adopts automatic charging and drying apparatus with screw rod by length-to-diameter ratio of 1£º30 and DC transmission. The tube products adopt the outer diameter shaping technique of inner pressure, cooled by showering water tank uniformly and intensely, and the product quality is effectively controlled.
¡ñIt adopts the high frequency corona treatment technique of German V.LW company£¨working frequency 10KHZ£¬output voltage 0-30KV, power 8KW£©, which utilizes special electrodes and high voltage electric field to ionize the air into positive and negative electric particles and bump them onto the inner surface of the tube, thus prompting polarization of inner surface of the tube, raising surface tension, and basically raising shear strength of the armor tube and polyurethane armor coat.
¡ñ The production line is equipped with automatic marking apparatus which paint such information as words, numbers, dates, batch number, etc.
