| ¡¡¡¡The prefabricated direct burial thermokeeping tube is composed of steel tube which conveys media, polyurethane hard foam plastic thermokeeping coat and high density polythene armor tube.
¡ñA series of prefabricated thermokeeping tubes of various diameters of D20-D1200 and thermokeeping thickness and their related fittings (elbows, threeway junctions, tapering tubes, fixing sections, etc.) are provided.
¡ñThe product is divided into two classes respectively proof against medium temperatures of 120¡æ and 150¡æ.
¡ñThe tubes conform to the Ministry standards CJ/T114-2000 and CJ/T115-2001, and refer to the European standard EN253£¨pipeline£©¡¢EN448(tube fittings).
¡ñTo ensure an integral structure with the 3 parts of the thermokeeping tube, execute shot blasting on outer surface of the steel tube before foaming and corona treatment on inner surface of the plastic housing tube, dedusting in accordance to prescriptions in SA2 in GB/T8923-1998 and ensuring inner surface tension of 50dynes/cm of the outer housing tube.
¡ñThe polythene armor tube is made from low pressure high density polythene, its technical indices introduced in the last page.
¡ñThe polyurethane thermokeeping coat possesses good mechanical property. In addition to freon foaming technique, the company also provides environment protection foaming technique to make custom environment protecting thermokeeping tubes that have low coefficient of heat conductivity, good mechanical property and permanent heat insulation, improving environment and raising product property and quality.
¡ñUsually, seamless steel tubes or welded tubes have nominal diameters smaller than or equal to DN150 and spiral tubes have nominal diameters larger than DN200. But all kinds of tubes of custom sizes are also provided.
¡ñThe production line adopts self-designed hydraulic tube drilling apparatus, hydraulic foaming table, high pressure foaming machine and so on.
¡ñIf required, thermokeeping tubes equipped with alarm line can be provided.
